We now require some more information from you before making the ID Cards. The style, colours etc., and your attachment accessories have already been noted. This page is about your company name and/or logo, personnel details and photos, and any text you would like printed on the back of the card.

Before you start filling out the online card details form
1. Bookmark this page (i.e. add it to your favourites) so you can come back to it when you are ready to start filling it out.
If you have to close the form before you have finished the data will be saved in a cookie and will be reloaded when you come back.
2. Select an image of your logo if this is required on the card.
The bigger the picture the better.
3. Collect all the personnel pictures and convert them to digital images.
Passport photos or larger will be ideal.
4. Put all the images together in the same file such as a zip file, PDF or Word document. Make sure the photos are all identified with the card number or person's name.
5. Write the text you would like to appear on the back of the card and save it. This can be used to copy and paste the information into the form.
6. Make a list of all the cards you wish to order with the  name, title, and other information for each card on a new line. This can be used to copy and paste the information into the form.
