A selection from the many "thank you" messages I get from satisfied customers. If you would like to contact anyone let me know and I will give you the email address. I will have to ask the customer's permission first, of course.

Some visitors will no doubt be a bit sceptical about this page because it features satisfied customers and they will wonder how many messages I get from dissatisfied customers. Well I can tell you in all honesty that since I started trading in 1997 I have had 3 complaints about quality and another 3 about mistakes in the legend written on the badge. All 6 of these customers got replacement badges within 48 hours of contacting me. I don't claim to be perfect, I DO make mistakes, but I always put them right immediately.

The badge designs are great! Just what I wanted. I work in children's recovery and we have a 'Tigger' room and a 'Pooh' room, so the badges will be a good talking point for the children and take their minds off things.
