Progress Report

13/07/2010:

Website and admin. office closed for system repair.
 
14/07/2010: The system could not be repaired.
New equipment is required.

Telephone messages are being recorded and stored for action when the office reopens.
15/07/2010: A new Windows 7 system has been purchased.
18/07/2010: Email problems. I am investigating system compatibility issues that currently prevent access or the import of email messages from backup.

If you are waiting for a response to a message please bear with me, I'm doing my best to find a solution to this matter.
18/07/2010: Artwork Studio problems. Unable to produce badge artwork because my usual graphics applications will not run on the new Windows 7 system. I am investigating the best options for replacement software.

If you are waiting for ordered badges, please bear with me as long as you can. If you prefer to cancel your order and have a refund please email me with your order number. I will process the refund payment as soon as the email compatibility issues have been resolved.

After further investigation and taking advice I have found that the supplied operating system with the new computer equipment cannot be configured to run the required software for graphics processing and a number of administrative functions.

I have to start again from the beginning by formatting the hard drive and reloading everything with a different version of Windows. I'm very sorry about the further delay, but this is likely to take another week or so.
